Shipping and Returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via :

    la Poste with Colissimo delivered against signature at home
    la Poste with So-colissimo delivered at Relay pick-up kiosks
    « Mondial Relay » pick-up kiosks

Whichever shipment choice you make, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Delivery costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

Unclaimed parcels will be kept for 1 month for a possible reshipment, after this period, the sale will be recorded as validated and will not be refunded.
