We will do our utmost to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products and services. However, if you notice any issue, or if a product does not meet your expectations, please contact us via email, so that we can examine with you how we can fix it.

- The offers on the website are valid as long as they are still accessible online. Territorial scope: offers are valid for any purchase made online, without geographical limitation, unless otherwise stated. The delivery time is 48 to 72 business hours after receipt of the order. The products offered on the website are available, however, in case of stock shortage, a label should indicate it on the product page.

Transactions and online payments carried through this website are entirely secured via our partner Crédit Agricole de Lorraine. When you fill in your card number and complete your order, authorization searches are automatically transmitted in encrypted mode. 1. Acceptance of the conditions

Completing an order implies prior knowledge, full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which may only be challenged in the limited cases provided for in these terms and conditions. Thus when you click on validate after the ordering process, you declare to accept it as well as all the general conditions of sale fully and without reserve. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.

 
2.  Products

The photographs illustrating the products do not fall within the scope of the contract.  If errors have occurred, SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" cannot be held liable under any circumstances.  The majority of the products offered to its customers by SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" are available in our warehouse.

 
3.  Ordering

Automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.  The sale will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed.  SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.  The information provided by the buyer when placing the order are binding on him: in the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller cannot be held liable for any issues in delivering the product.


4. Shipping & Returns

After confirmation of order, SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" undertakes to deliver to its carrier, all references ordered by the buyer and this within a maximum period of 72 working hours. This carrier undertakes by contract with SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" or to place the order at the relay point designated by the buyer at the time of the order. In addition, for deliveries outside metropolitan France, the buyer undertakes to pay all taxes due on the import of products, customs duties, value added tax, and any other taxes due under the laws of the country in which the order is received. Furthermore, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the import possibilities of the products ordered with regard to the territory of the country of delivery. All orders placed with SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" are intended for the personal use of the buyer. Buyers or recipients of the products must refrain from any partial or total resale of the products. SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" is released from any legal liability if the taxes are not paid by the buyer. Delivery will be made by La Poste by « Colissimo suivi » or by « Mondial Relay » as a relay point. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

Deliveries to EU countries are made by La Poste or « Mondial Relay » (Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Austria and the United Kingdom only), deliveries outside of the EU are made by international postal services or « Chronopost ». In this case, your order is delivered within 3 to 6 days for « Mondial Relay » and 3 to 30 days for La Poste depending on the country of destination. This estimated time will be indicated by e-mail before the products are shipped.

In the event of apparent defects, the buyer has the right to return the product under the conditions stated in this document. The following events are considered as force majeure relieving the seller of his obligation to deliver: war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risk and peril of the recipient. Always check your package on arrival. You have 48 hours to make any reservations with the carrier in case of missing or damaged goods.

If the customer wants products to be shipped to two different places of delivery, he must place two separate orders, with the related delivery costs.

Shipping costs are free for orders over 69€ only with « Mondial Relay » delivery.


5. Right of cancellation

You have 14 days (starting from receipt of the articles) to form an opinion. In case of exchange or refund, return the new item(s) in their original packaging, undamaged, unopened, accompanied by all accessories, instructions and documentation to the following address:

In case of exercise of the right of cancellation, SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" will reimburse the sums paid by the customer, without charge, except for the cost of return. Reimbursement is due within a maximum period of 15 days.

 
6. Price

The company SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the applicable price displayed at the time of check-out (subject to availability). The products remain the property of SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" until full payment of the price.

Prices are expressed in euros.

Prices indicated on product sheets do not include delivery costs.

The price indicated on the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes and VAT for France and EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, the handling, packaging and conservation costs of the products, the delivery and commissioning costs.

 
7. Payment

The price invoiced to the buyer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES".

The price of the products is to be fully paid on the day of the effective order.

Payment is made by credit card. An invoice will be made available to the customer in PDF format directly downloadable from his account.

Your credit card number is therefore directed to the bank's servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the company’s server, guaranteeing that your numbers are known only by our banking partner (Crédit Agricole de Lorraine).

The order, validated by the customer, will only be considered effective when the relevant bank payment centres have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said banks, the order will be automatically cancelled and the customer notified by e-mail.

Moreover, SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

 
8. Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" cannot be held responsible for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or corporal, which could result from a malfunction or misuse of the products sold. It is also applicable in case of possible changes made to the products by the manufacturers. The liability of SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and the company cannot be held responsible for simple errors or omissions that may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the purchaser has the possibility, before taking any legal action, to seek an amicable settlement in particular with the assistance of a professional organisation of the branch, an organisation of consumers or any other council of his choice. The search for an amicable settlement does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. As a general rule and subject to the discretion of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honours its financial commitments to the seller.

Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in the one who takes the trouble to expose his situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable settlement.

Otherwise, the Tribunal of Sarreguemines shall have sole jurisdiction over the dispute, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.




However, we will not be able to accept the return of a product, if:

        Items are returned incomplete, damaged, opened or soiled by the customer,
        Items are not returned untouched with their labels in their original packaging (if applicable),
        Return is justified by allergy or dissatisfaction with the odour or colour of the product
        The parcels containing the products returned do not include details allowing the identification of the sender (neither order reference, name, first name, address, nor telephone), these details shall be written on plain paper placed with the returned product(s) . The return costs will be borne by the sender. In exchange for the valid return of the products a credit note, equal to the purchase price of the product(s) purchased, will be issued to the buyer. The credit note does not therefore include the possible costs of delivery and/or gift wrapping.

As soon as your return has been processed, we will send you an e-mail or call you to confirm the amount of your credit note.

No refund requests made more than 30 days after the date of shipment of the product will be accepted.

 
9. Warranty

In all cases SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the regulations and laws in force in the country of reception. The liability of SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, value at the date of sale, without any possibility of action against the brand or the company producing the product.

In any assumption, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and the hidden defects (« garantie légale d’éviction et des vices cachés », Art.1625 and following ones of the French Civil code). On the condition that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (Art.1641 and following of the Civil Code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a "short time" (« bref délai ») from the discovery of the hidden defect (Art.1648 of the Civil Code).

 
10. Legal information

SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES" strictly applies the law 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 related to data protection legislation (« l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés ») as well as the ethical principles which result from this legislation regarding personal data which may be communicated to us in the context of placing an order on our website.

a) Transmission of personal data to third parties

The Personal Data collected due to your registration to the newsletter, the creation and submission of written comments, (including photographs and videos) are used for the purpose of allowing LA SAS LA SAVONNERIE "GRANGE AUX HERBES" to identify the authors. Unless you have given your express authorisation on the website, your Personal Data shall not be transmitted to third parties by SAS LA SAVONNERIE "LA GRANGE AUX HERBES".

12. Loyalty Points

Loyalty points can be accumulated until you decide to use them. If you have not ordered for more than 12 months, all loyalty points are lost.

The calculation method for calculating the amount of points earned is as follows: 1€ = 1 point / 1 point = 0.05 cts
